Matthew Roeser
Chief Executive Officer
Matthew has been in the engine and generator business since graduating college in 1997. He enjoys doing what has not been done before, exploring the boundaries and limits of power products, and improving on their utility with creativity in uncharted waters.
His experience with corporate sales systems in various industrial applications fueled his desire to become an entrepreneur and develop solutions for niche markets.
In 2013 he founded Engines LPG LLC dba Wildcat Power Gen in order to take Ford NG and LPG engine platforms through US EPA certification. Along the way, Wildcat Power Gen was born as an environmentally safe engine solution alternative for the generator industry.
Monica Roeser
Chief Financial Officer
Monica is a CPA with an entrepreneurial heart and soul. She has more than 30 years of experience in accounting and human resources across several industries, including financial services, transportation, and manufacturing.
She brings a unique skillset and has been integral in establishing accounting systems, procedures and processes to assist in the growth and development of the company.
As a co-founder, she shares the passion of being part of a company that gives back to its community and becoming a premier power generation manufacturing company in the US.
Vinay Kulkarni
Chief Operating Officer
Vinay is a Leadership and visionary professional with years of cross-cultural experience in the Diesel Engine and Power Systems industry across the world, including extensive experience in directing and overseeing International Business operations with full P&L responsibility.
Vinay thrives on managing a team with empathy, coordinating proactively with distributors, contracting companies, consultants, regulatory authorities and coordinating with several departments within the company, while continuously generating new business opportunities.
Sammy Haggar
Director of Marketing
As an entrepreneur and business executive over the past 30 years, Sammy has been part of some amazing opportunities. Upon completion of undergraduate studies at Wichita State University in 1998 with honors, Sammy became a full time executive at Air One Transport Group until the company’s sale in 2009.
Post Air One, Sammy worked for several star- up companies in marketing departments and completed his MBA at Louisiana State University Shreveport in 2018 with honors.
In 2015, Sammy joined Wildcat Power Gen as the Director of Marketing with the goal to take Wildcat Power Gen to new levels of sales opportunities.
Deep Bandyopadhyay, Ph.D.
Director of Government & Enterprise Relations
Deep leverages over 18 years of distinguished expertise across the Energy, Transportation, and Defense equipment sectors towards cultivating strategic partnerships and facilitating collaboration with both governmental bodies and private enterprises.
As an award-winning leader, he has adeptly managed engineering teams and programs, overseeing a P&L exceeding $85 million and spanning global engineering divisions.
With a robust foundation in system integration, KPI achievement, lean product development, and fiscal accountability, Deep has garnered executive acclaim for his collaborative approach to product innovation and business development.
John Amick
Director of Sales - Distributed Energy, Brokerage, & Rental
John leverages his extensive background within the heavy equipment rental industry and critical power sector to help customers achieve their goals on all things related to power generation and distribution.
As a former Vice President of Operations and a National Sales Manager, John has held numerous responsibilities including P&L management, sales force management, business development, major account management, and asset management.
John’s past focus on sectors such as oil and gas, electric utilities, microgrids, and equipment rental, allow Wildcat Power Gen the opportunity to offer solutions across the industrial spectrum.
April Davis
Director of Human Resources
April brings 20 years of senior human resource management experience in medical, manufacturing, and the aerospace industries. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She is a results-focused leader that provides strategic guidance and leadership solutions that help her company harness the full power of one of their most valuable assets – their people.
She is dedicated to promoting an engaging and motivating work culture. She believes that as leaders, we have a greater responsibility to lead by example, say what we do and do what we say, welcome diverse backgrounds, treat everyone with dignity and respect, and continue to create/nurture a culture where ethical behavior is practiced daily.
She strongly believes that when you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life.
Rebecca Holt
Regional Sales Manager
Rebecca is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience in sales and business development across multiple industries.
She has the benefits, abilities, and talents under her belt to help distributors be successful. She enjoys creating win-win opportunities for local businesses and is passionate about solving problems through the introduction to new products and services.
With her comprehensive work portfolio, Rebecca brings diverse perspectives and experiences to the Wildcat team.
Kandi Roeser

Kandi is multi-talented marketing and sales professional who loves the Wildcat Power Gen product line and what the company is all about.
A graphic designer by trade, Kandi has provided design, marketing, and sales assistance for over 30 years in a variety of roles across her career.
Her sunshine personality and amazing attitude allow her to connect with all Wildcat Channel Partners to help them get the best experience possible from doing business with Wildcat Power Gen.
Prashant Balwadkar
Director of Operations
Prashant is a results-driven International Business Leader with over 22 years of experience specializing in customer support, spare parts management, business development, and digital transformation for diesel engines, generator sets, and commercial vehicles.
Through senior roles at leading companies, he has a stellar track record of enhancing customer loyalty, driving revenue growth, spearheading market expansion, optimizing operations via digital platforms, reducing warranty costs, and elevating service standards across markets.
His strategic thinking coupled with strengths in communication, analytical skills, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration is essential to the success of Wildcat Power Gen’s continued growth.
Sanket Abhyankar
Director of Engineering
Sanket is a graduate of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
He has extensive experience of over a decade in the Power Generation industry across Engineering, Project Management, Operations and Supply Chain processes.
With his skillset in the design, development and optimization of Gensets for Industrial, defense, telecom and retail applications, he has led high-impact projects in delivering end-to-end energy solutions for our customers.
