Warranty Summary
Effective January 1, 2022, Engines LPG LLC dba Wildcat Power Gen provides a 3-year, 5,000-hour manufacturer’s defect warranty on all Wildcat Power Gen products sold in 2022, provided such goods are installed, operated and maintained in accordance with Wildcat Power Gen’s written instructions. Additional extended warranty packages of 4-year, 6,000 hours or 5-year, 7,000 hours can be purchased for a nominal cost at the time of delivery.
Please Note: All Wildcat Power Gen products sold prior to 2022 will carry the original 1-year warranty. To reach our warranty department, please complete the form on this page in its entirety.
Items Covered: Engine, Alternator, ECU Controller, Wiring Harness, Sensors, Fan, and Enclosure. Wildcat Power Gen’s sole liability, and Purchaser’s sole remedy for a failure under this warranty, shall be limited to the repair of the product.
Items Not Covered: Filters, Belts, Lubricants, Anti-Freeze, Batteries, Software Downloads, Non-Factory Modifications or Alterations, Neglect, Misuse, Accidents, and Abuse. This warranty does not include travel time, mileage or labor for removal or reinstallation of a WILDCAT POWER GEN product from its application.
Warranty Registration
All products must be registered within 365 days from release by the factory. To officially register your Wildcat Power Gen products, please complete the Product Warranty Registration - Product Start-Up Checklist Form.
